Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours may vary based on workload
On-Call Schedule: 2 weeks on-call rotation with other service techs for after-hours service
Job Description:
Coastal is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Wilmington, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work primarily Monday through Friday but should be prepared for varying hours based on workload and emergency needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair & start-up HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours service as required
Qualifications:
- Air Conditioning, Heating, & Refrigeration Technology Certificate (C35100) *optional
- Air Conditioning, Heating, & Refrigeration Technology Diploma (D35100) *optional
- EPA Technician Certification
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
