Residential Maintenance Plans
Coastal HVAC offers a full-service semi-annual Maintenance Contract. Your system will be thoroughly inspected twice a year before the heavy demands on the heating and air launch. All parts will be checked, ducts will be inspected for air flow and connections will be checked for a tight seal. Technicians will inspect for moisture as well. Maintenance keeps your equipment running longer. If you don’t maintain your heating and air equipment, you could be paying up to 20% more for energy. Your unit will age 5-10 years faster than a regularly maintained unit, possibly causing it to fail prematurely. Don’t let your equipment deteriorate and cost you more money. The maintenance contract keeps your equipment in top shape and your energy costs lower.
