Coil Corrosion

Dehumidification
A common misconception is that an HVAC system acts as a dehumidifier. In fact, the AC’s ability to remove some moisture from the air Is incidental to its goal, which is to remove heat from the air. While an AC may remove some humidity, it generally cannot remove enough moisture to maintain acceptable levels during the most humid times of the year.
