Commercial Maintenance Plans
Coastal HVAC offers a full service semi-annual Commercial Maintenance Contract. Your commercial system will be thoroughly inspected 2 times a year before the heavy demands on the heating and air launch. All parts will be checked, ducts will be inspected for air flow and connections will be checked for a tight seal. Technicians will inspect for moisture as well. Maintenance keeps your equipment running longer. If you don’t maintain your heating and air equipment, you could be paying up to 20% more for energy. Your unit will age 5-10 years faster than a regularly maintained unit, possibly causing it to fail prematurely. Don’t let your equipment deteriorate and cost you more money.
